  Fatima Donaldson, photographer
Fatima Donaldson specializes in Macro, Lifestyle/Portrait, Travel and Corporate photography. She is developing new programs for ARTreach that will teach digital photography to youth most in need of support and in juvenile detention. The focus is on capturing content and making a statement though composition, lighting and imagery. "Together We Can" is an ARTreach Mentoring through Art Program that supports the Texas PTA and their vision to "help every child achieve their potential" and the National Reflections Program goal to encourage children to participate in the arts. A picture is more than an image. It's the opportunity to capture a unique moment - tell a story - provoke interest - stir an emotion -share an idea. It is for these and many more reasons Fatima has a passion for photography. Fatima's formal training in photography began decades ago using 35mm film and the wet darkroom. Throughout the years and shift in technology taking photography into the digital world, Fatima has attained extensive training with digital format from the Rocky Mountain School of Photography and other workshops led by the industry's best.
